Unplug and unwind with a weekend of rejuvenating yoga and meditation practice at Jefferson Guzman Yoga's "Rest, Relax, Release - Yoga and Meditation Retreat". Just north of Perry Sound, this stunningly beautiful retreat location consists of a spacious three bedroom cottage, a cabin, and the Boat House - a dedicated yoga space. The atmosphere is friendly, relaxed, and peaceful.
This weekend retreat offers warm inviting accommodations with comfortable beds, healthy home cooked vegetarian meals, and a yoga practice room with a gorgeous view of Georgian Bay. Attendance is limited to ten (10) guests making the weekend an intimate experience you can share with close friends.
All practices are optional and all will be modified to suit your body, making the weekend accessible to practitioners of all shapes, sizes, ages and abilities. Whether you have never practiced yoga or meditation, or whether you have been practicing for years, this weekend retreat is for you!
Greet each day with meditation followed by a yoga class. After a hearty brunch make the most of an afternoon in the country by getting outside to enjoy the fresh air. Take in some sun while reading a book on the dock, have a swim in the lake, or enjoy a paddle in a canoe. A late afternoon yoga class is followed by a lovingly prepared supper and dessert.
